Re: Loosing Previous Days Steps & Sync

In my case, 2 days in a row i logged roughly 15k plus on my blaze and I synced it to my iphone app. The next day it showed 0 steps. I am following the steps you have suggested. If this does not work, I am washing my hands off of fitbit for good.

Hey there @getactiveuser. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I'm sorry to hear that your dashboard is not reflecting the activity for previous days.

This can happen sometimes when your tracker is syncing and hasn't updated all the information for previous days. I'd recommend that after syncing your tracker you force quit the Fitbit app on your iPhone and open it again This will cause the app to update everything once you open it. Leave your tracker to sync and then go to previous days to see if your activity is now showing there. You can also check your activity on your dashboard using a computer to make sure that what you see on your phone matches your online dashboard.

Hope you find this helpful and if you need any more help, let me know. 🙂
