My Blaze stopped exactly one year and 30 days after receipt   -- with perfect upkeep on my part  - I went through customer service (3) times and was told my fitbit only needed a firmware upgrade - guaranteed it would work after the upgrade - after 2 tries on the upgrade  I was told - it's dead - I'd have to purchase a new one. I was offered a 25% discount on a new purchase.     There are other products on the market competing with Fitbit - seems they would want to stand behind the product they sell or "fix" the problem.    A one year warranty on their devices is not adequate if they can't keep the product working for more than one year.

I agree :  I won't be purchasing or recommending any further fitbit products
