Hello! I have the fitbit blaze. As an example of this happening, I was running yesterday I was doing intervals of running and then walking.  When I would stop running and slow down into a walk my Fitbit wouldn’t show my heart rate for about 30 seconds and would only show again every time when it got back down to 188 bmp.

@lysssss05 Thank you for proving more details about your Fitbit model and the issue you are experiencing with your Fitbit Blaze. Were you able to restart it as advised in my previous post? The restart refreshes the tracker internally.

 

I moved your post to the Blaze board in order to keep the Community more organized.
