Hey,
I have noticed that for some months now, I no longer have the "workouts" chapter in my Fitbit Blaze. I can not tell the watch I am going for a run, but it is still left with the functionality to automatically detect when the user is doing physical exercise.
Did Fitbit remove thje different workouts from the Blaze on purpose?
Is it possible to get it to display, like before, the current pace/km in realtime (during a run?)
Thank you!

No, they didn't remove exercise from the watch. I use it nearly every day. Never heard of this one. Have you tried chat support?

Are you talking about Workout Mode?
If make sure there is a check mark under exercise shortcuts. Once it syncs it should show on the watch

So Wendy, if he say, accidentally removed exercise from the app dashboard, exercise would no longer show up on the watch itself? I guess that would make sense.

Hello everyone, thank you for your replies. In deed I am missing the shortcuts, but I had them selected in the dashboard in Fitbit.com .
I contacted support and theuy answered:
"We are glad to assist you regarding the running shortcut missing on your Fitbit Blaze. After checking our procedures, we will recommend you to follow these instructions in order to have your running shortcut again in your tracker:
I tried this, to add the shortcuts back, and it didn't help 😞
Any plan B ideas?

There is no exercise tab, nor on the dashboard or on the watch.
All I can see is the weekly exercise like in the screenshot!
Thanks for trying to help!

My mistake. I was thinking you had to have the weekly exercise tab active, which you do. And you already have exercise shortcuts in your settings, but no exercise option swiping the watch? Did you follow up with support? Wonder if they have any other ideas besides discount on new product.

Precisely, no exercise tab when swiping on the blaze watch... I recorded a video and sent it to support.

Hi there guys, good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
@Ant_S, you need to do this from the tracker settings. In order to do it, tap on the icon of your tracker or go to the Account section and then, tap on your tracker. This will take you to the tracker settings. Here, scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts and make sure to select the exercises you want to have. Then, sync your tracker and your exercise shortcuts should show up on your Fitbit Blaze.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need more help!

I tried this, as support also suggested, and it didn't work.
Then I tried removing and adding the tracker again, as support suggested, and neither that helped getting back the missing exercise shortcuts. They are enabled in the app, but I think it is something wrong with this unit itself.
As it is not covered by warranty anymore, I got offered a discount on new products. Isn't Fitbit loosing customers likes this? The mistake is on a defective unit, and it is me who needs to spend more money on Fitbit watches. Thank you, but no thank you!
