Very pleased with Blaze, but when I checked my phone this evening it has recorded 5 cycling sessions over the past 3 days - but I don't even have a bike! At the times given, I was driving. What's going on please someone?!

Not sure how to do on iOS, though it's possible to disable automatic tracked exercises when not needed, including 'outdoor bike':

On Fitbit.com on the devices settings page it's possible to change the setting by any automatic tracked exercise to 'ignored'. This way the certain activitiy isn't tracked automatically anymore. After sync'ing the tracker uses the new settings.
