Relax and Fitstar mode

I can't get my blaze to sync to either the relax mode or the Fitstar mode. I've tried syncing it a ton of times but it just keep telling me "sync your blood is in the Fitbit app to get fit star workouts on your wrist" or "  sync your blaze and the fit bit app to get relaxation exercises on your wrist". I've tried syncing it normally where you pull down the screen in the app but that's all. Am I missing a step? Do I have to go into a certain setting?

When it comes to FitStar workouts and the Relax feature, they should already be on your Fitbit Blaze. Now, Relax will not sync anything to your Fitbit dashboard. It will only guide you through a breathing session of either 2 or 5 minutes (depending on which one you choose) and FitStar will not add more exercises  than the three that already came with your tracker.

That isn't exactly what she is referring to. I am having the same issue with my Blaze. Regardless of how many times I sync the Blaze with my phone, the Relax setting will not be operable on my Blaze. It only gives the "sync your blaze and the fit bit app to get relaxation exercises on your wrist" message. I understand that Relax will not give any information on the Dashboard. The other odd thing is that the FitStar was having this issue and then all of the sudden the 3 exercises showed up on my Blaze. Still nothing from Relax however. And yes my Blaze is updated to the latest version 17.8.401.3 and I am using the "Sync Now" function to sync my Blaze.

It it was working before the update.
