The reminders to move is not working on my brand new Blaze. It worked yesterday but stopped working today. I also stopped seeing “steps this hour” on the device. I have tried all of the tips I’ve seen on the internet and it is still not working. Help!!

 

(BTW, it also stopped tracking floors yesterday but I got that to work today).

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I’ve tried that multiple times to no avail. Really frustrated- I got this for Christmas and it hasn’t worked right since the beginning!!
