My Blaze was not working properly. I just received my new Blaze and I am trying to add it to my account. So after going on some help items I have figured out I have to remove my old Blaze first. How do I do this? After I have removed the old Blaze I then have to add my new Blaze device.

There's no need to remove the old Blaze.
Go into the account section of the app (it looks like a business card) and select "set up a device". Choose Blaze and it will ask you if you want to replace your existing Blaze. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
