Replacement Blaze not even starting

Hi

My Blaze wouldn't restart and had other problems, so I was sent a replacement which arrived today. The replacement will not charge properly from a power pack, and when connected to a computer to charge the connection/disconnection tones are heard continuously. It will not turn on, even when holding the on button down for 60 seconds. There is no response when trying to reset either, holding the left button and lower right button in at the same time, for a minute. Nothing at all.

What do I do now?

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

As I said, "I was sent a replacement which arrived today". The charging points and battery are brand new, there is no problem with them. I also said "There is no response when trying to reset either", so trying again, for the 20th or so time will not help or improve it.

I've been in contact with customer support through live chat and they agreed there was a greater problem than merely not charging properly, and have agreed to replace the replacement. I have to return the faulty unit to them at the same time.

Thank you for your answer though. I may sound a bit grumpy, but it's been a long day, and it's just past midnight here. Plus, tone never comes across well in text.
