Replacement part, back cover needed. The charging contacts have worn off

I've had my blaze since May of 2016. Last week it just stopped charging.

Long story short the contacts on the back have worn so much they have little black circles in the middle.

One of them is even a hole.

I'd love to just replace the back cover but there are not any to be found.

 

Checked ebay and the only thing I found was others selling the whole blaze for parts and they have the same black dots.(although not nearly as worn as mine)

 

Surprised that none of my searches (Here, youtube, google, ect) find any mention of this issue.
