Replacing FitBit Blaze with no warranty

I got my FitBit from my best friend's husband when she passed away three years ago. He has moved away and never gave me any paperwork for it. It still works but will not hold a charge for longer than 24 hours. Can I get a replacement without the paperwork?

@Marnie74 - I’m sorry to say your Blaze is well past the warranty time of one year so Fitbit will not replace it. But please try restarting your Blaze. Do it 2 or 3 times. Often, that will solve a problem like this.

Even if it was still under warranty, which it's obviously not, Fitbit warranties are non transferrable.

Hi there they only have a one year warranty

Really nice gift though, I would try cleaning all the connections on your fitbit and charger to see if that helps, also turning off location and some settings will keep it charged longer,  On your device and watch.    Hope this helps  🙂
