Recently bought a new Fitbit blaze. It was in a display case and worn by anyone interested in this version. It's already collected data that is not my own. Would like to reset it so blaze only reflects my data. How do I do this?

Hello @ART4L1F3 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 I would suggest to wait for the tracker to reset at midnight to set up it up. You can also contact customer support to delete your account and start from zero if any information was already recorded. @MikeF thanks for your cooperation! 😉

Normally, simply pairing it with your account should achieve that but I know that not everyone finds that successful.

I haven't seen a factory reset method for the Blaze so I'm not completely sure that it can be done. I suppose you could create a second account and try setting it up on that to confirm whether the numbers have been erased.

My blaze did not reset at midnight. I woke up this morning with 3800 caps burned. Can I Not reset to 0 when I start my day every morning. I like to start a freash reading on the different activities I do each day.
