Morning all,

just wanted to check something. My heart rate is always over 100 unless I’m asleep. It has been rising quite rapidly over the past week and is now sitting at 92!! Is that normal?

thanks

@Siankathryn0812 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I will assist you with your resting heart rate. This will depend on the information your device is recording. Have you recently started doing more exercise? Are you under stress? Have you slept less? These are all factors that will affect your heart rate. Additionally I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. Finally you can read how your resting heart rate is calculated here.

Let me know how it goes.
