How can I go about returning my blaze ? I have had nothing but issues with gps connections either not connecting or dropping out after a short time. After updating my iPhone to version 11 these problems have appeared and in my opinion Fitbit has had months to release a fix for whatever the problem is, in the meantime being asked to install 3rd part apps on my phone isn’t good enough. I bough the sports tracker because it claimed it did that very thing, track, and it is singularly failing to do so.
ive done all the helpful hints, restarting phone, shutting down apps, re-syncing and it will only connect once or gps will drop out.

You could rollback the iOS update, if that is what broke it?
