Run cues doesnt work

Id a run this Morning and i set the run cues with the app at distans 1km and connected the blaze with my gps from my iPhone 6. During the run i didnt get the run cues every km. I set it on on my blaze and my fitbit app. Please help me to solve this problem.

By cues are you referring to the vibration followed by the Summary being displayed on the Blaze?
I don't know of a restart will help?

The display won't turn on until the stem is listed to activate quick view, or a tap
