On my last two runs, I receive the progress notifications per mile as normal - the announcement of pace, distance, etc comes through my earbuds - and the map displays on my phone.
When I complete the run, though, and hit the finish button, all that data disappears from the log. Only an overall time spent working out and the heart rate is maintained in the log detail. No running stats, map, of distance details.

Hello @Lizo145 and a warm welcome. You say that you are getting voice cues in your earbuds. Does this mean you are using MobileRun, where you start/stop your exercise on the phone app? And that you are not using the Exercise menu from the Blaze itself? If you are using MobileRun from the phone app, what type of phone do you use? If you are using MobileRun, then you have an app problem, not a Blaze problem. You post needs to be moved to the correct app forum.

Thanks so much for the reply! I’m logging the run via the FitBit app... from the dashboard, I select my “exercise days” widget and then log it via the stopwatch. Everything is right on point until I select finish. The data just seems to disappear from the device. I’ll post on the app thread, too, in case it’s better suited there. Thanks, again!

I'm have the same issues my runs are not showing my miles I run..not enough data available... did Fitbit
makes any changes.

This is exactly what mine is doing too! Just quit last week & I cant seem to find anything in settings that makes it work again

Something must have changed in the last few weeks because mine was logging just fine/mostly accurate and then the week for Feb 20th it started really messing up my distance/pace calculations. Really frustrating to have my pace times off by almost a minute.

yesterday I walked 5+km. Shows it on the first screen. Then when you hit the green finish button - quickly shows the distance on the map but disappears. 😡

i have a ticket opened with Fitbit and they have no clue whats going on.... i've told them to check my dashboard from Feb 1st and the last week or so with no data showing on my dashboard and phone.
i think its time to buy another newer watch... they told me they will contact me when the resolve the issue. problem is nothing is going to get fixed.. like the heart rate when you ran... it showed by average heart rate/how high my rate went up too when I started my run of 3 miles... now it shows nothing.
did Fitbit fix it...NO
i'll check with them in a few days...

Mine too, it's like a patch was sent to blaze and its messed up the tracking.

I think Fitbit fix the problem with an upgrade... check it again...
