If you use to receive then them the phone must be supported.
Have you tried using the test function in thr aoo?
I also am nit sure what everything is, shutdown phone, not just a restart? When swipe bf the phones notification doen, do you see an entry for Fitbit notifications are running?
Does the connected Gps work, if you have a Blaze or Charge2?
Check in your sound settings, swipe down and long press on sound icon. Is notifacations set to show up on lock screen?
Is the app up to date?
Did they stop with an app upgrade? If so delete the app and install a fresh copy.
Try the send test again.
