My wife bought me a Blaze for my biirthday in September and a few days ago I went to bed and woke up with a crack in the screen. I contacted customer support and was told that they could give me a 25% discount on a new one. This sucks considering I have been using this thing for less than 3 months and now I'm supposed to fork out the cash for another new one. I have had the charge HR for over 2 years without issue but I think it maybe time to switch brands.

Do you have a receipt? If so I would attach it back to the case you already opened and ask them to help as its still in Warranty

Thank you. I will try that. I still have the reciept here. The customer support person I spoke with didn't seem interested in helping
