Hello, I recently bought the Fitbit Blaze and I thought it was awesome when I first got it. I haven't had any problems out of it until now. All of a sudden it started freezing up, I can't move anything on the screen. It's shutting on and off. Now I'm getting is just the Fitbit symbol across the screen. It's crazy how you pay so much money for something that doesn't even last a year. I'm very upset Bc I'm in the military and I work out a lot so the watch was perfect for me 😞. I really have no clue of what to do with it

Hi Roshawna,
if you haven't tried, I suggest trying to reset your Blaze by keeping pressed the left and the bottom right buttons until you see the Fibit logo on your Blaze's display. If that doesn't help, try giving it a full charge for several hours. If your Blaze appears to be broken, call Fibit Customer Support - they are doing a really great job and will help you asap.
