Screen on Fitbit blaze

My fit bit seems to be fine except when I go to the fit star section , once I enter the fit star bit the screen is scrambled and then almost as if the fit bit crashes any help ?

Welcome to the Community @Luke341 and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by and for the recommendation! Woman Very Happy Apart from the restart process you can also turn off and on the Blaze by doing the following:

 

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap Shutdown

3. Turn on

High yeah I know both of these ways restarting and shut down tried them both a few times and hasn't resolved the problem only had it a month guess I'm gonna have to get a replacement thanks for your help any ways
