Screen only turns on when in charger

My screen went black and will only come on when in the charger. Says i have a full battery though. Any suggestions?

Hi @Jwilson16!

I would try a simple restart. Below you will find the short steps you have to take in order to restart your tracker:

1.) Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.) Let go of the buttons.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you seeing the battery icon at the moment of putting the tracker to charge?
