My Fitbit will not turn on even with a hard reset.  When I put it on the charger, it is also blank.  I have cleaned the gold buttons and also the charger.  Nothing happens

Would love to find out how to fix the blank screen issue. Anyone????? Everything seems to be working but the screen. Tracking steps, heartrate etc., yet have to get on app to view. Blaze screen is completely black.
