Second Hand Needed On Watch Or Second Display On Analog Face

Trying to find a way to display seconds.
My husband is a Paramedic but, currently needs to wear a 'regular' watch along with his tracker as there is no way to display seconds which he needs to count a patient's pulse, resp.s,...
Has anyone found a way to display seconds?
Thank you!

Hello @KarenShav

I think this is a great idea, while many hospitals won't allow watches, their are many other places medical workers are very dependent on that second hand.

Add I posted above for a second hand request

While this post is for a second display, and not what this thread is asking for.

Both the Charge and Charge HR now have seconds on two of their 4 faces. One face on each have the date.

Happy to be wrong, but why no seconds on Alta, Blaze, and Surge?

Not sure why but I am guessing (and it's definitely just a guess) that since they will be doing more clock faces, eventually one with seconds will show up.

sure, I have a few guesses too... keep in mind its a 16 month old request on Feature Request forum. Lately with my Surge and Blaze it feels like Waiting for Godot - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waiting_for_Godot

I know that's why I said definitely just a guess.  I am just giving them the benefit of the doubt.
