Seems to charge fine then shuts off right away

Hi. My Blaze seems to charge just fine but when I take it out off the charger to put it into the holder it stops working. Lights stop flashing and becomes unresponsive. Its only been used 8 months or so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
