I sent my Fitbit Blaze back to you last summer/ the time on the Blaze does not sync with actual time/ took it back to Best Nuy & they could not fix it/ they tried but said to send it back to your place- I did that/ waiting to hear from you or send me a new one as I really like it & rely on it,

When you returned your Blaze, did you have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and a Fitbit case number? That is how they track these devices.
