I have paired my phone and charged the watch fully but I can't get the watch face to move beyond the setup screen it came with when I first opened the box.

@Corey_S I would like you to make sure that you're doing this set up procedure. Are you getting any error that's not letting you set it up?

I just bought mine too. Followed all steps and same exact problem as you. Im currently on hold with customer support. 😣

Arghhh. It should be automatic. My device settings under clock display it
says not set but when I click on that there is no option to update it. I am
giving it a few hours and then I may just return the watch.

Just got off the phone w/ customer service. Had to update software and now it works.....Yay!

Hi Im having the same problem, followed the installation steps and have the setup screen on the watch....... going tonight to try and remove the app from the phone all together and start again and see if that works.........
If not, any suggestions?

No need yo remove the app. Remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth then do the add device again.
Where you able to update the tracker?
