It is not saving my calories when added - they are disappearing?

A warm welcome to the Community @nicolevallance. Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you have? Are you having problems setting up your tracker or with the calories? in the meantime, please confirm you are doing the following to paired the tracker from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
