Just purchased Fitbit blaze set up on iPad and says connect on blue tooth but in app setup still keeps saying paring device how do you get out of this help

Did your app lock up, try killing the Fitbit app and restarting

Can you help me? Just got a blaze and when I try to set it up on my windows HD phone, which is compatible, blaze isn't even an option! Every other fit it is there but not the blaze....what do I do?

Hello @karenbermuda welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. If you're not seeing Blaze appear in the app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also the Blaze tracker is optimized for Windows 10. I highly suggest using a mobile device, tablet, or a computer with Windows 10 installed for Blaze to work properly. Please check in with Microsoft and your mobile carrier for the latest information on the Windows 10 release.

I'm having same problme- won't sync blaze. Have tried unistalling app and reinstalling but blaze still does not appear as an option. Can you help please?

Hello @JillWill welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 Is your mobile device running on Windows 10? I  highly suggest using a mobile device, tablet, or a computer with Windows 10 installed for Blaze to work properly. Or you can try using any Android or iOS compatible device
