1. From the app dashboard, tap Account in the bottom-right corner.
2. Tap Goals.
3. Tap Food.
4. Enter your weight goal.
5. Tap Next.
6. Choose a food plan and navigate through food plan screens by tapping Next.
7. Tap Done.
