Hello can someone please help me setup my device? I just got it today and took it out of the box. When I took the tape off the device it "turned on" showing the logo and fitbit.com/setup. I have an iphone and i have a Zip setup already so I wanted to add this as another device. I clicked on the Add device, selected Blaze, and I'm on a screen that just keeps spinning, I guess it is trying to detect my device but will not do so. It says Loading. How long am I supposed to wait until it recognizes this device? I even plugged it in to charge in case that was the problem, but it does not show the batter charging like the help section said it would. Am I doing something wrong here? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

A warm welcome to the Community @stefani18z. I would like to know if you successfully paired your Blaze? If you didn't set it up, please restart your Blaze and do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account
3. Tap "Set Up a New Fitbit Device"
4. Tap the name of the tracker you will paired
5. Tap Set up your tracker
6. Follow the steps
