Severe battery issue with the Blaze

I fully charged my blaze yesterday. Today a little more than 24 hours later the battery is a red blinking sliver.
I have no alarms set.
I am not syncing and have my Bluetooth turned off so I didn't get any text or call notifications.
I didn't workout yesterday or today so I didn't use any of the timers or features.
Basically it was fully charged yesterday, I probably glanced at the time a half dozen times and today it's nearly dead. I also have it set on the feature where the screen will be off unless I lift my arm.

Any ideas? I read that I should let it fully die before recharging but unfortunately I need my watch for work so the timing won't work out.

Also I always plug in and charge at my computer and never at the wall. I know wall charging can cause battery issues and I'm always very careful to avoid getting it wet. I know it's splash resistant, but seriously I take it off even to fill up a glass of water.

@Zippiesdrainage I'm not sure where you read that it should be let die. Lithium batteries, for best health, should never be let get below 30%, or charged above 80%. When the battery dies completely it starts to break down.

I would contact Fitbit amd have them look at the back end.
