Shipping Dates for the Blaze

Will the Blaze ship directly from the Fitbit website store the day it is released in stores or Amazon? or will they ship days before so it hopefuly or will arrive the day its relased everywhere else? What im getting at is on Amazon, you can pay 3.99$ (with prime memebership) and get free over night shipping there for getting the product WAY before "standard shipping" from the Fitbit website. That is unless Fitbit will ship it ahead of time.

I think it would be helpful to know if they are only shipping the black bands.  If anyone receives a plum, can you post?  I ordered through amazon but I have faith they will be early as well if the colors are shipping.  Thanks.

FedEx just handed me the box with a Large Fitbit Blaze for me and a Small Fitbit Blaze for my wife. Need to go open the box and check it out.

@Tori8150 - I ordered the Plum band as well but from FitBit directly.  Mine is supposed to deliver on Monday.  (Currently in transit)

I'm either getting fitstar or Fitbit premium coz Fitbit premium is comparing not your stats to the WHOLE Fitbit data base, pretty awesome ~15 M people, can't wait, and such awesome ways to get those extra steps in with premium! Is you Zone watch face yellowish at the bottom and green at the top? I could swear that mine was a darker color and then turned to the yellow green color a second or two later.

I ordered weeks ago and thought it would be mid March before my large black Blaze arrived. I got notice they charged my account yesterday and it arrived today. Very nice, you will not be disappointed.

@SunsetRunner You'll probably see that clock face continually change, as its color is reflective of your current heart rate (hence the "zone" name of that setting).

I just got mine in updted it it works perfectly with my phone and seems to sync easier than my Charge HR ever did. The only thing I have an issue with is the charger seems like it will be really easy to break. I think I will be ordering a back up. How does the all day sync effect the battery life on this divice and if you turn it off does it slow down the notificaitons? I had it turned off on the Charge HR and the notificaitons never worked right. Also the Small is still a little large on my wrist. I have a tiny wrist and I buckel it on the 3rd out from the holder. So far so good!

@Kfahren1 All great questions! Glad to hear that you're up and running. Let's see...

• FWIW, I've had the same Blaze charging cable for many months now, and it's held up perfectly since I got it. I do, however, have a charging cable for the office, my apartment, and even my car (I can be paranoid of my step count). I always recommend having more than one charging cable. 
• Like any of our devices, all-day sync's effect on Blaze can be noticeable if you're running the app in the background and consistently checking it, though it's unclear how it may effect it. I don't think it'll be too demanding on battery life.
• Notifications shouldn't be slow with all day syncing. But if you're using a manual sync, you may see a delay when the syncing is taking place. 

My personal syncing recipe: I usually just toggle my BT on/off dependent on syncing. I value my phone's battery life too much to have BT on 24/7.
