Silence everything *but* alarms

I would like to know if it is possible to automatically silence every alert/notification when I go to bed, but still have the alarm wake me up in the morning.

 

My Pebble has a "Quiet time" setting that automatically silences everything but alarms during the specified intervals (which I specify on a daily basis).  The the Blaze have such a feature?

I've been told that worth apple phones, Fitbit honors the quiet periods that are set up. 

This feature wpuld be dependent on the phone playwright.
