This does sound like a great idea, and could be posted where the Fitbit developers will see it.

I would make the suggestion in there Feature Request Board. Post a link here, then we can vote and add or comments over there.

I have actually thought several times that it would be awesome if the blaze had this.

@NSDUO, thank you, I'll go over their and add my vote, a basic calculater, would be great, when a pen and paper are not around.

@SunsetRunner the Blaze already has a touch screen, and while it would be more excellent to add a a hardware calculater chip, this could easily be done in software. That is if there is enough memory.

sure, there is a touchscreen.

allowing sliding up/down/left/right, and the actions are done by 3 buttons.

so, can this touchscreen enough precise to display and manage around 16 to 20 areas  ( 0 to 9, +-*/=, C, at least) ?

i don't think so.

@NSDUO: don't have a mobile phone with a calculator ?

@DubiousP I do have a phone calculator. When I don't want to take it out or I don't have one available, a calculator on the Blaze would be nice. Maybe one click on the top right button would clear the answer, and a click on the bottom right button would be equal.

Of course it is,  There is the start and settings gear in the exercise, along with the praise and stop flag.

Your able to change values under the settings no matter where on the screen they scrolled.

There's 5 BUTTONS on the music control screen. With notifications there'd the ability to swipe individual message

The screen is so small, I do not see the benefit of this.  Prefarbly I'd prefer to use my phone and prolong the life of the battery.

Just my opinion though!

As you have the option to switch different excercise a that are displayed on the blaze, maybe you can have the option to remove the calculator function if it drains the battery.

Or if it takes too much memory in the device.
