Sitting being tracked as sleep

Just wondering if there's a way to keep Blaze from tracking sitting as sleeping. I am getting up every hour to do at least 250 steps. Sometimes there is more than an hour between steps or workouts, bu it logs time sitting as sleeping. Sometimes even when it's less than hour. Is there a setting that can adjust this?

@kathiesch  There is not a setting for that.  Once in a while while watching a movie, my Blaze will record that time as "sleep" as well.  I have to be very still for it to do so, and I don't worry too much about it.

I play on my Xbox One. It's not recorded as sleep on mine.
