Fitbit Update: 02/16/18

Hi, everyone! There was a temporary outage for Sleep Stages yesterday (2/15) that has since been resolved. Now that our team has confirmed this outage was fixed, I'm going to close this thread to prevent duplicate topics.

Moving forward, if you have trouble receiving your Sleep Stages, please check out my previous post here. You can also reference our help article for more information.

Thanks for hanging tight during this small outage. We really appreciate everyone's patience throughout this process. As always, if anything unusual or new comes up with the Fitbit experience, please post a new topic. Thanks, everyone!

Fitbit Update 02/15/18: Hi everyone -- We experienced an outage, which has since been mitigated, that may have affected users from 9pm PST (February 14th) to 6:30 AM PST (February 15th) which may have caused the following for these features:

  • Sleep Stages Outage - If you synced during the above mentioned time period, you may not have received Sleep Stages.
    • The recommendation for this is to try again tonight as the issue has been mitigated.
  • Leaderboard -  Your leaderboard may not have updated and was showing old data during the same time range.
    • The recommendation for this is to check on it again as the issue has been mitigated.
  • Challenges - Lastly, there may have been issues with Challenges not updating with current user/team progress.
    • The recommendation for this is to check on it again as the issue has been mitigated.

These issues have since been mitigated and shouldn't be recurring. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks for your patience and reports.

Hey everyone!

There are several reasons why the Sleep Stages won't show. Please be sure to check on all of them and determine if one of them could be affecting your situation with the sleep stages.

Please let me know if there are any questions.

None of those reasons applied in my case.

* No problems detecting HR.

* Never use the Begin Sleep option in the app.

* Had my sleep period from 8:47 pm to 6:45 am. That is a lot longer than 3 hrs.

* Had charged earlier that day, so low battery was not a problem.

It worked last night just fine.

Fitbit Baze outage.  Zone clock face outage afternoon of Feb14 Then:

Morning of Feb 15th, Limited Sleep information. Time to sleep and wake up time only.

Morning of Feb 16th, No information at all...

Yet you say it has been fixed

Please advise
