My sleep and heart rate had not recorded in a week. I have tried everything listed on all the post about sleep and heart rate not recording and nothing is working. This is main reason I got this device. I've reset it multiple times, I uninstall and reinstalled app, I added new device, I reposition band, switched arm, switched heart rate from auto to on and back and forth. Nothing is working. The green light some times blink. What do I do now??

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your heart rate and sleep stages not working as they should. Thanks for all that you've already tried though.
When it comes to sleep tracking, I'm pretty sure that it's not working because the heart rate monitor is not working. Heart rate monitoring is essential for your tracker to determine your sleep, so that should be the reason why both are not working. Now, wince you've already tried several things to get your heart rate monitor to work and that hasn't made any difference, I've escalated your case to the Support Team for them to help you out with this and see what are the available options at this point based on your warranty.
