Sleep breakdown does not work

Hi all,

 

My sleep stages was working perfect. Then they just stopped, and only shows the 'bulk' sleep that I am getting. On the Fitbit web dashboard if I go to the sleep section, I get a page that says 'error' with the taskbar above. Anyone help with this?

A warm welcome to the Community @andre_halkyard. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the error that you are seeing? In the meantime, take a look at this post, where our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing some explanation about the sleep stages.
