Huh, that's strange. I'd recommend setting again your dashboard on the 12 hour format by going to your settings online.
Then, make sure to force quit your app and open it again and get your tracker to sync just to make sure it has taken the changes. Also, if you could attach a screenshot of how it looks, it would help just to know what could be exactly going on.
Anything else, let me know. I'll be glad to help. Welcome to the Community @KileyK 🙂

@FerdinandFitbit I never really gave it much attention but I have the opposite symptoms.
I have my time set to 24 hours, on the web everything is correct. However with the phone app sleep and exercise events have always been displayed as 12 hours with AM-PM.
My Blaze shows correct 24 Hours.

Huh, ok. I tried changing from the 12 hour format (which is my preferred one) to military time. It seems that on the online dashboard, it does tell me for example that I went to bed at 23:30 one day but on the mobile app, it still says it in the 12 hour format saying that I went to bed at 11:30 PM.
Would you mind sharing screenshots of how it looks for you @Rich_Laue @KileyK?

Here you go @FerdinandFitbit
To clarify some questions that might be asked.
Back when adding my first tracker I noticed the ability to set my time in 24 hour mode, even as an American I prefer this and made it so.. That was 7 tracker a and 4 phones ago, with several factory restores. For a while the app would not update, so a complete uninstall of Fitbit was required.
I have tried changing settings, clear data, logged out, nope can't remember when the sleep was shown as 24 hours in the app.
I still would like to change the start of the to conform with the company I work for, not a big deal but their week starts Saturday with Friday and Saturday I chose to be off.

Nothing solves the issue.
Did everything you said. Even deleting and disconnecting my Alta, reinstalled everything from scratch. Nothing helps. Rather think it’s a bug.

Apparently what @FerdinandFitbit and I mention above that we noticed about this has not changed. Your screen shot @zoo seems to agree with our findings.

Tx for responding.
But the issue remaind. A bit annoying when you’re custom to the 24h settings your whole life. It started after the last update of the Fitbit app. That’s why I think it’s a bug hopefully to be fixed soon.

I have tried everything to get my sleep start time to reflect 12 hours. On the dashboard it is correct, but on my phone it is 24 hours. Please help
