Hmmm... that's strange @Stephperez. Is any other thing off by a day or is it just the sleep log?

I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for about 10-15 seconds until it restarts itself and once it's back on also try to force quit your Fitbit app, possiblly log out and log back in and see if this makes a difference.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else! Good luck and welcome to the Community! 🙂

No that didnt work. So whats going on is the sleep log for Saturday night showed up in the log as sunday night already. So every since then its been a day off so mondays sleep log says tuesday already. Will it work if i set my log when i sleep instead of letting it do it on it's own?

The sleep is logged on the day that you wake up, not the day you go to bed.

On the app, tap the sleep tile,  On the next page tap a sleep record. Now if you click the effort pencil you'll see that the sleep on Saturday stated Friday night

There used to be an option to choose when you sleep is logged.  Whether it's the day before or day of.  Does anyone know if this has been removed?  I can't seem to find it - which would fix the same issue Stephperez is having.

I've only been a Fitbit user since 2012, but have never had this option.

For me it really doesn't matter,  but i would fond it hard to add tonights sleep during the day, before i was able to sleep.

My first 3 days sleep logs had  great detailed graphs, the last 2 days are nonsensical and only give total sleep time. I use a PC windows 10 and am synced with an IPhone. I may have had the Bluetooth off those two days but should that be an issue when I sync with the PC?
