Sleep monitoring

My Fitbit blaze adds 4 to 5 hours to my hours of sleep each day.  For example today it said I was sleep from 3:10am to 8:30 am but it said I got 9 hours of sleep. It's been doing that for about a week.  Any suggestions??

For me it's the opposite. It routinely shorts me 2-3 hours. Everything else it does well.

FitBit Aria
MyFitnessPal and MapMyRide, Garmin VivoSmart
