Sleep not being recorded on Fitbit Blaze

My blaze had been working great but for the last month it's been having issues either recording sleep or syncing recorded sleep data (I'm not sure which). It records and syncs everything else fine though. I have restarted both the device and my phone with no change. Please help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze not registering your sleep correctly. I'd like to help you out! Thanks a lot for all your efforts in trying to get it to work!

Now, I'm not clear on if your tracker doesn't record your sleep at all or if it does record your sleep sometimes but sometimes it doesn't show up.

Assuming that your tracker is not recording your sleep at all, here are a few things you could try to get it to work:

-Manually sync your Blaze to your Fitbit dashboard when you wake up if sleep doesn't sync automatically.
-Restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
-Try sleeping with your tracker on your non-dominant hand.

Thanks for your response. I've tried all the things you suggested and no luck.

I've only had it for a week after getting it for a Christmas present. It also seems to be not counting my steps properly and tracking workouts like running that never happened
