Just wondering if my restless sleep could be due to rapid eye movement as most nights I dream !!

@LadyBlazeWelcome, the Fitbit tracks your movement and if your dream process is "active" you will be moving around in bed, resulting in rolling over and arm movements.

 

We have had some very hot nights here and the last few sleep nights my restless count went up. But on the nights where temperature was such that you could sleep without blankets my restless count went down dramatically.
