Sleep stages worked one night then not next

My  blaze tracked sleep stages on Monday night, but when I went to check it this morning, after Tuesday night, I noticed it went back to the old mode.

I was told by Fitbit chat that I needed to have the ALL DAY SYNC turned on.

still not working when the heart rate is on, all day sync.

i tried everything but still not working.

 

The last thing i will try is normal sleeping mode
