Sleep stages worked yesterday but not today on blaze?

Please fix this firmware problem ASAP. I have a brand new blaze with latest firmware, sleep +7h every night and have a charged device.

Could the problem be the Blaze downloading the data when battary is low? Not allowing data transfers at low battary levels might solve this?

It's great to have you here @Danceman! There are some things you might check, in order to properly get sleep stages

- Have at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep

- Your tracker should have battery and not be in a critically low level

- Your Blaze is tracking and syncing heart rate data.

Thanks for your advice @RoadesMan Happy

Hope this helps.

I'm having the same issue today. My battery was full when I went to bed last night and HR is set to ON.  My Blaze is tracking my HR but to find it in the app for today I have to go HR, tap on yesterday, go to full screen and swipe to today. If I manually log my sleep will i lose the sleep stages data if it is out there somewhere? One night I used the app to start and stop the sleep function and did not get sleep stages data, just awake-restless-asleep...

So I was having trouble with the sleep stages not working on my Blaze. I received a new Blaze and gave my old one to my husband.  Sleep stages have worked for him almost every night! and he loosens the band when he goes to sleep!  My new Blaze worked for four nights, but hasn't registered the sleep stages in more than a week. I'm wondering if it could be physiological somehow.  I think I might trade with him to see what happens.  It is very frustrating because I really love that aspect of the Blaze.

It's great to see you around @pbh! It's really weird what you're experiencing, because the heart rate data should show without any inconvenience. I would like you to make sure that you have the latest version of the app, which is 2.50 for Android and 2.36 for iOS.

If you delete the sleep log, you need to make sure that you were in bed and wearing the tracker at the time that you're going to edit it. Because if you log sleep at 9pm but you weren't in bed at that time then you will lose your sleep stages. You can learn more about it by checking sleep stages article

Hey there @jrome! I'm sorry to hear that the new Blaze isn't working the sleep stages at all. I would like you to restart your tracker and double check that you're following all the requirements

Hope this helps.

My Blaze is working fine now. I restarted it yesterday and sat down to read. Later I watched 2 movies.  It logged it all as sleep and had the sleep stages for the movies. (It was my day off.) Haha! So I went in and manually logged Monday's sleep and all is well...the sleep stages were there. Thanks.

@sylviafitbit thank you for the information. I have done everything recommended in the forums by Fitbit and others. Is it possible that it could be physiological? My resting heart rate is very low. I'm going to switch back to my old Blaze that has been working for my husband and see what happens. If it works for him on both Blazes and not for me, it must be me, right? I'm going to try manually logging my sleep first.
