Sleep, steps per hr, and excercose not syncing to app

For the last couple of days the sleep and steps per hour, and excercise I log on the blaze is not synching to the app. I’ve updated iOS on I phone. Restarted phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Turned off and back on Bluetooth. Restarted the blaze. Still not working.

I recommend you to verify if you followed all the steps on the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? if this doesn't help please try setting up your tracker as a new device

I have tried all of the above in the link and still not working.

I set up the blaze as a new device multiple times and it’s still not working
