Why does my tracker not always start when I go to bed? Not giving accurate readings

Welcome to the Community Forums @MizP! 🙂

When it comes to Sleep Tracking, your tracker relies on your movement to determine you're asleep. After one hour of you not moving, it will know that you're asleep for sure and after three hours of sleep, you will get Sleep Stages.

If you go to bed but are moving a lot while you fall asleep, this time may not count as time asleep but only from the time you actually fall asleep. If you think this is still not very accurate, you can try restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and from there, you can see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
