So I guess Gorilla Glass isn't as durable as I thought

I baby all my electronics and my new Blaze that I received as a birthday present one week ago already has a scratch on it that I can catch my fingernail in. I'm really bummed about this. I work at a desk all day and haven't done anything rough outside working in the yard or anything. Is this sort of thing covered by a warranty?

Thanks for the reply! Based on the following, looks like I'm out of luck.

"This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Fitbit, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents."
