I have restarted the tracker, restarted bluetooth, force quit the app. cleared cache and data on the app. logged out and in on the app. uninstall and reinstalled the app. rebooted my phone. Many different sequences of this. I am able to get the app to recognize and initially connect to the tracker, but from that point on, it refuses to sync, just giving me a "!" in a red circle when I try. And yes, I have gone through the Having trouble syncing? post thoroughly, except the part about trying a different phone. An explanation for that "!" would be really nice. Yes, I realize it failed, but WHY did it fail?
Phone: Google Pixel XL
OS: Android 8.1.0
Blaze firmware: 17.8.402.1

Same here. My Blaze will has not synced since 7:39 CST this morning. I am sure this has something to do with the update from yesterday. I have tried everything short of a full factory reset to solve this issue.

I wish they would acknowledge an issue if they are aware. WTH?

Mine will no longer sync since I downloaded the newest update. It gives me a message saying my Bluetooth isn’t turned on (which it is). I turn the Bluetooth of my phone on and off and and the message will disappear, but then the blaze will not sync.

*Sigh*. I was hoping for more from this considering how much it costs. No response at all from Fitbit, just a bunch of responses from others also having this trouble. Hey Fitbit! We need some help here!

I, too, have tried every suggestion over and over again and still getting the red ! Tracker not found. This has been going on for the past two days. Frustrating.

I have not been able to connect my Fitbit Blaze via bluetooth to my iOS device for about 2 weeks now. Initially I was unable to sync my activity and sleep data when I opened the app. I tried killing the app process, turning on and off bluetooth, even resetting the watch as advised. Nothing. Finally I decided to setup a new device (still forum tips). Now I am unable to connect my device!! It keeps saying error 403 after entering number on display (bluetooth working perfectly). I deleted and reinstalled fitbit app, restarted tracker, restarted phone and even updated iOS!! Still nothing! I am getting pretty frustrated as I have tried what has been proposed and tagged as "solution". The tracker is absolutely indispensable to me for health reasons. Please I need help. Thanks
PS: I have the latest version of the app and latest version of iOS (11.2.5) on iPhone 5s.
