Sony Xperia Z5 Premium unable to set up and sync with Blaze

Just bought the Blaze special edition for my son's birthday and he is unable to sync it to his phone - Sony Xperia Z5 Premium.  I have a lesser known make of phone - Umi Super which sync's ok with the Blaze.

I'm sorry to hear that your son can not sync his new Blaze to his mobile device 😕

 

I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices and it seems that the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is not on the list of compatible devices. You may see the official list here.
